Help me finish my Liverpool workshop record using only the files and actual results from this project.

Create outputs/MY_WORKSHOP_REVIEW.md, using a new filename if it already exists. For each of the three exercises, record:
1. What I actually did, including the skill and visible model name if recorded.
2. Links to the saved image/model and the actual comparison views.
3. One useful design change, one limitation and one next question for me to answer.
4. Whether image generation, live Rhino editing, native save and reopening actually happened, as applicable.

Distinguish my own run from any instructor-provided example. Preserve failures and incomplete work. Do not fill a missing result with a claim of success. Ask me for my personal design judgment where it is not already recorded.

Show a compact list of what I can present at the closing review and where it is saved. Keep the work local; do not upload it or invent a submission link.
