Read PROJECT.md and the current exercise record. Tell me:
- The last action that actually succeeded, with its file or tool evidence.
- The specific failed or missing capability.
- The source/baseline and current candidate, including whether each was saved and reopened.
- Any protected object or constraint that changed unexpectedly.

Keep the failed attempt and error message under the current outputs folder. Do not overwrite the baseline, clear the Rhino document, guess a connector address, install software, change models or use a paid API.

Give one concrete next action for me and the tutor. If a retry is still allowed, describe how to return to the verified baseline and what would change in that single retry. Otherwise stop. Label an analysis-only result, instructor example or incomplete operation accurately.
